Russell Bede School
Description:
Russell Bede School serves students in grades one through six with average to above-average ability who are challenged by language-related learning differences or have alternative learning styles. Parent conferences are held 3 times yearly and written progress reports are provided quarterly. Classes are held from 8:30-2:30 during the school year, and 9:00-12:00 during summer school. Classes have a maximum of six students. Although focus is on academics, PE, music, drama, art and gardening and computer lab are also provided during the school day and after-school programs in yoga are available. Speech and language, occupational therapy and social group therapy are available on site. Students are returned to maintream schools when they have the capabilities required to be successful.Location
