Description:

An apartment complex for persons age 62 or over consisting of 123 one- and two-bedroom units in a four-story structure with two elevators. Wheelchairs, walkers and crutches are permitted. Units are furnished with carpets, drapes, stove, garbage disposal and refrigerator. First month's rent and a security deposit are required. Pets are not allowed. Tenants elect chairpersons for trips and social activities to plan entertainment programs which can include card and parlor games, arts and crafts, potlucks and parties.
