A retirement residence for ambulatory adults age 62 or over capable of self care. May be using a walker or cane. There are 101 units in two 3-story buildings with elevators. All apartments are one-bedroom units that are unfurnished except for carpets, drapes, stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal. Each apartment has its own balcony or patio with flower boxes. Residents do their own cooking. A laundry room and limited free parking are available. Pets are permitted. There is a recreation room and an activity program. All residents are members of the Tenants' Association which meets twice a month. SamTrans provides special service to and from the local Senior Center. Shopping and churches are within walking distance.
