Research on a wide variety of local services such as hospitals, auto repair shops, banks, plumbers, and supermarkets is presented in an easy-to-read format. Information such as consumer rights, tips on how to get good service, and choosing a service are also presented. The magazine is available by subscription and at bookstores and newsstands.Location
