Facilitates the adjustment of Chinese immigrants and refugees by providing such services as bilingual information and referral, adjustment counseling, verbal translation and interpretation, emergency contact, volunteer income tax reporting assistance, cultural education, food distribution, small business assistance, job orientation, job placement, immigration and naturalization assistance and community workshops. Publishes a community newsletter twice a year.Location
