Works to enhance the quality of life for all East Palo Alto by creating and maintaining affordable housing and promoting economic and community development. Provides homebuyer educational workshops, credit/budget workshop, financial literacy workshops, credit, default counseling, foreclosure intervention counseling and community lending for first-time homebuyers and current homeowners.
