The IRC can help you to petition to bring your family members to the U.S., apply for citizenship / naturalization, green cards, work authorization, travel documents, and more. All clients receive an eligibility assessment, full case management services, and legal representation by a U.S. Department of Justice accredited representative.

Description:

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international non-profit organization founded in 1933 at the request of Albert Einstein and today is at work in more than 40 countries and 28 U.S. cities. IRC is recognized by the Department of Justice and provides assistance with applying for naturalization/citizenship, lawful permanent residency, travel documents, work authorization and petitioning for family members. In Northern California, we can serve any immigrant population and all of our services are low-cost – our workshops and clinics are free. All clients we represent receive an eligibility consultation, full case management services, and USCIS legal representation.
