Description:
Provides a comprehensive range of services which help seniors to live in the community independently. Services include home care, palliative and end-of-life care, healthcare advocacy, skilled nursing, care management, counseling , money management and conservatorship, spiritual care, volunteer services, JFCS RIDES transportation services, caregiver support, meals and Holocaust survivor services. Home care services are RN supervised. Caregivers are available from 4 to 24 hours per day to assist with personal care, homemaking and companionship. Employs its caregivers and handles all responsibilities, such as taxes, training, scheduling and supervision. Caregivers are bonded and insured, and background screenings are performed. Separate records exist for offices in Palo Alto (200 Channing Avenue, Palo Alto, 94301) and in San Mateo (2001 Windward Way, San Mateo 94404). Seniors At Home is a division of Jewish Family and Children's Services. Its services are open to people of all faiths and backgrounds.Location
