TLC- Casa Aztlan Recovery Home provides alcohol and other drug [AOD] Residential treatment services 5 with the primary target population being Latino substance abusers, 18 years of age or older of Latin origin residing in San Mateo County. This includes monolingual Spanish speakers or bilingual Spanish/English speakers. The program provides bilingual/bicultural services to in San Mateo County, California who meet admission criteria outlined in this section. These clients are experiencing functional impairment related to AOD abuse, or dependence as defined in DSM-IV. The Program is designed to respond to a wide variety of AOD problems and the associated social, behavioral and psychological issues associated with them.Location
