Description:
Serves youth, seniors, blind and visually impaired persons, diabetics and others by means of funds raised by the members. Fundraising events include White Cane Days, the Lions Eye Foundation, Youth and Community Ticket sales (December through April), Crab Feed (January) and Tri-tip Feed (October). The club can also sponsor individuals who meet the criteria to quality for eye care and in general anyone needing assistance of any kind. Sponsors scholarships for graduating seniors. The club meets the second and fourth Thursday, 6 pm at The Waterfront Restaurant, 1 Uccelli Boulevard, Redwood City.
