Description:
Develops and manages low-income and subsidized housing. Persons interested in low-income Section 8 or subsidized housing must contact the individual project office where they wish to rent for information (list available by calling MidPen office number or on Web page). Has developed four homeless shelters in San Mateo County, which are operated by Shelter Network of San Mateo County. MidPen has also developed first-time ownership housing.
