North East Medical Services (NEMS) is a non-profit community health center serving the medically-underserved populations of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Description:

North East Medical Services (NEMS) is one of the largest community health centers in the United States targeting the medically underserved Asian population. Based in San Francisco, the non-profit community health center offers comprehensive health care services to a variety of patients, a majority of whom are uninsured or low-income. The 211 Eastmoor Avenue Clinic in Daly City, San Mateo County, provides primary and specialty care services to patients of all ages. Services include Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Health Education, Endocrinology, and Behavioral Health. Member Services staff are available to help you enroll into NEMS and/or health programs. The 211 Eastmoor Avenue Clinic also offers free Hepatitis B screenings and the Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP). Additional health care services will be available soon. Staff speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Burmese, Medical Spanish, and other languages. We accept Health Plan of San Mateo Medi-Cal (Medicaid), CareAdvantage, San Mateo County Access and Care for Everyone (ACE) Program, private insurances, and more.
