Description:
Serves San Mateo County with mediation, facilitation, training services, empowering youth Initiatives, engaging community engagement and training services. Offers mediation for disputes including neighbor, landlord/tenant, family, workplace, business/consumer, and homeowner association. Please call 650-345-PCRC (7272) for skilled volunteers help disputants communicate and reach agreement. Facilitation services available for meeting management, process planning and group problem solving. Community engagement programs promote civic participation, parent involvement in schools, and collaboration with community partners to prevent gang violence and support wellness initiatives. Trains pre-K through high school students, teachers, administrators and parents in conflict management, peer mediation, anger management, empathy and respectful language, anti-bullying and gang/violence prevention. Also provides customized training in conflict resolution, facilitation, communication skills and workplace effectiveness.Location
