Families of seriously ill children who are receiving treatment at Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital and/or Stanford Medical Center who live outside a 50-mile radius from the hospitalEligibility:
Child must be age 19 or under, receiving treatment at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital or Stanford Hospital and clinics. Family must live at least 50 miles away from the House (exceptions under certain conditions)How to Apply:
