Hope House program offers residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment for women including those who are pregnant, with an infant, or postpartum and transitional sober living for adults.

Description:

Hope House is a residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment program for women, including those who are pregnant, with an infant, or postpartum. Provides a supportive and structured environment to prepare women to return to the community as healthy and productive members, free of alcohol and other drug use. The program is designed to help residents make a successful transition to community living by assisting them in overcoming substance abuse problems and developing supportive social networks. Upon successful completion of the program, women may transfer to transitional housing while working and/or attending school. Program is a non-smoking facility. Hope House also offers transitional sober living for adults.

Service Description:

Affordable, transitional sober housing for adults located throughout Redwood City. Provides residents an opportunity to get back on their feet while they work towards their goals. Case management services are offered. Peer support is available through weekly house meetings.
