Provides services to inmates of the San Mateo county jail including: coordination of all religious services in the jails, outreach services for inmate families, pre-release counseling services, request/message program for inmates, Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous groups, educational and motivational groups within the jails, and jury trial dress-outs. Services offered for persons released from jail include: crisis counseling, emergency assistance with housing, employment, food, clothing and transportation. Hope House program offers residential Substance Use Disorder treatment and transitional housing for adults.Location

Service Description:
Post incarceration and re-entry services for Inmates released from the San Mateo County jail within 48 hours of their release. If you are in need of services upon your release, please visit our office within 48 hours to see if you qualify for services. Such services include: bus tokens, motel vouchers, food bag, hygiene kits and information on various community resources. Not all services are guaranteed.Audience:
