Provides emergency medical assistance, substance abuse center fees, and referrals to mental health and other resources. Distributes vouchers to county shelters or sleeping bags when shelters are full. A free bag lunch and continental breakfast are served to homeless persons on weekdays, 10 am to 12 noon. .Location
