A transitional living program for homeless teenagers in San Mateo County. Youth can stay in the program for up to 18 months. Support services assist youth with schools and jobs while teaching them independent living skills. Youth are provided with individual and group therapy, and case management to move towards their goals and successfully transition to independence. Aftercare services are available when residents leave the program.
