StarVista’s Women’s Enrichment Center (WEC) is designed to address the unique needs of women in recovery. Understanding that substance use and mental health issues often occur together, WEC integrates treatment for both into its program.

Description:

Intensive day treatment program for women diagnosed with both substance misuse and mental health issues. Clients attend two groups a day, five days a week. In addition, they receive weekly individual therapy and case management services. Clients learn to manage emotions, learn new coping strategies, change negative thought and behavioral patterns, process trauma, and develop a comprehensive relapse prevention plan. SERVICES • Initial screening • Individual therapy • Group therapy • Family therapy • Assessments • Door-to-door van transportation • Case management • A light breakfast and nutritious lunch
