Description:

Community-based program offering no-cost services to persons with developmental disabilities and specialized services for deaf and hear impaired. Provides supported employment opportunities in janitorial, housekeeping and grounds-keeping services for disabled adults through off-site contracts. Training and placement services are available for adults with disabilities. Offers a day activity center for developmentally disabled adults. Specialized deaf services provide coursework in American Sign Language and independent living skills for individuals referred by the Regional Centers and the Department of Rehabilitation.

Eligibility:

Adult age 18 or over with developmental, physical, or emotional disability, or hearing impairment. Must be referred by Regional Center, California State Department of Rehabilitation or private rehabilitation services
